The age at which you can serve a mission have been pushed back to 18 for young men and 19 for young women.

A lot of my Facebook friends who are young women have expressed that they’re very excited about this. I’m personally glad to see it lowered because sometimes I feel like some of the girls who decide to go on missions get treated like old maids if they decide to go on one when that isn’t really the case.

What are your thoughts on this?
